Shakya Nanayakkara 
Mr. Shakya Nanayakkara, the general secretary of the organization, is a Lawyer qualified both in UK and Sri Lanka with a practice of nearly 24 years. He completed his post graduate studied at the University of Colombo in psychology and labour studies. He has been in the field of Alcohol, Tobacco and drugs prevention for the last 25 years in different capacities and is the former Director Programmes and Resident Representative of FORUT Sri Lanka as well as the former deputy chairmen of the National Dangerous Drug Control Board.   Mr. Nanayakkara is currently a visiting lecturer in health promotion at the University of Mihinthale.
Mr. Kinsley Senadheera

Kingsley is working in the organization as an advisor on environment, and Law. Main responsibility was assigned to develop an environment profile for the organization paying special consideration to the project locations.  This component will serve an important part in the final outcome of which HLAD tries to realize in the country.

Ms.  Kumari Welagedara 
Mrs. Kumari Welagedara serves as an advisor to the media department of Healthy Lanka.  She is involved in creating media literacy among communities, in media education for journalists on reporting alcohol issues, advocacy in reducing negative media impact on children.  She is a trainer, facilitator and a project manager in, Drug Demand Reduction, media and development with more than 20 years of national and international experience, including in IDP settings. Mrs. Welagedara is also a researcher in the field of media and development, with unique experience in content analysis of the media.
